Find out how NCECP will review your course for CEU approval
To have a course reviewed, download the application below and follow the instructions within. Once the course has been approved and instructed according to the details provided in the application, students are asked to complete a confidential course evaluation form during the last class session.
The instructor is responsible for ensuring the students’ completed evaluation forms are mailed to NCECP, along with the names, telephone numbers, addresses, social security numbers (or other identification number) of everyone who earned the CEUs.
Within two weeks of receiving the complete packet of required information, NCECP will issue CEU certificates and mail them to the instructor or agency for distribution to the students. NCECP will keep all course information on file for three years from the date of course completion.
Applications
NCECP reviews an instructor’s credentials, as well as specific information about course logistics, content and requirements. This process requires two applications, both included in the single downloadable file:
- The Instructor Registration Application ($25.00 per year)
- The Course Review Application
